Family Photography at Mt Sugarloaf

I have visited Mt Sugarloaf a few times with my family to explore and watch the sunset and I just knew I would love to shoot a family session here. When this beautiful family contacted me they knew they wanted a bush land setting and when they suggested Mt Sugarloaf I may have done a little happy dance!

We were lucky to have a clear day and the sun was filtering like magic through the trees there. With two little ones we didn't want too walk far and we didn't have to venture far down the main path to get these shots.

Mr 2 1/2 was very busy and like most toddlers didn't like to be still for too long! He definitely kept me on my toes and had me pull out all my tricks to get him in the frame!

While the sunlight was amazing there was quite a chill in the air up there at this time of year. Gorgeous little miss 6 months did so well and was so content for most of the session. We were almost finished when she decided she'd had enough and we headed back to the warmth of the cars.

With the kids warm and safely buckled in I suggested a couple of quick shots of Mum and Dad alone without their arms full of kids. It was a beautiful way to end their session and you would never guess they are standing right next to the car park!
