Preserve the feelings of those early days at home with your baby.
A relaxed in-home session with your new little bundle that records all the new connections being forged with every family member. These sessions are baby led which means there's no pressure for your baby to be asleep and no unnatural posing. An in home session is a blend of documentary and lightly posed images that help capture all the feelings and precious details of this new chapter.
Session options:
A deposit of $200 is payable at the time of booking for all sessions. The final balance is due before gallery delivery.
Deluxe Session
The Deluxe session runs for up to two hours at your home. It's perfect for families with multiple children so we have the time to make everyone comfortable, capturing connections with every family member. It's also great for parents having their first little one who want a varied gallery that captures all the little details of their little one and life right now. A Deluxe session provides you with a gallery that bottles the way this special time feels forever.

A Deluxe session is ideal for preserving as a memory book that serves as a tangible keepsake from your session that you and your family will treasure more every year. A beautifully printed, hard cover memory book can be ordered from the online print store after gallery delivery.

Book a Deluxe in home newborn session and add a 30 minute maternity session either in home or on location with 15 images included.
Essentials Session
An Essentials Session runs for a shorter time of up to 30 minutes, also at home. It is perfect for a couple having their first baby or photos of baby only.
The Essentials session is also great for older babies, recording new milestones such as the last breast/bottle feed or first solids.

What time do sessions take place?
I like to schedule Newborn sessions around 10am when the indoor light is softer. Babies and older children are also generally happier in the mornings and our session is usually done by lunchtime.
How old should my baby be for a newborn session?
Typically 'newborn' photos are taken when your baby is 10 to 14 days old. This is because they are still tiny and new and generally still in that early sleepy phase. However the beauty of lifestyle newborn photography means I can take baby photos for you at any time. If you missed that newborn window that's ok, it’s about capturing the love and connection between you and your baby here and now.
I also love capturing the little personalities and smiles of older babies! The Essential session is perfect for a quick photo update of your little one and is ideal for babies up to 12 months old.
How do I receive my photos?
When your photos are ready I will email you a link to your secure online gallery where you can view the final images from your session.
If you booked a Deluxe Session this is your final gallery where you can download your images and purchase printed products from the online print store.
If you booked an Essential Session the first gallery your receive will be a proof gallery of watermarked images where you will select your favourite 15. I will then send through your final gallery where you can download your images and make any print purchases.
All images will also be provide to you on a USB stick in the high resolution and web friendly versions.
How long until I receive my photos?
Generally you will receive a link to your gallery two weeks after our session date. This may be longer during busy periods. The balance of the session fee must also be paid in full before gallery link is sent out.
Do I need to clean my house?
I've had three children myself and remember what life is like in those early newborn days! Please don't clean your house before I get there. I will generally take photos in the living area, master bedroom and baby's room. I can easily tidy and declutter the areas we use when I get there.
What if my baby doesn't sleep?
No problem, my style of newborn photography is completely baby led. It doesn't matter if baby doesn't feel like sleeping, I won't be posing your baby in any unnatural positions that require them to be asleep. We will capture amazing images of this special time regardless.
Do you offer prints?
Yes! I offer a curated range of printed products through an association with a professional printing lab. Prints can be ordered online through your final gallery. I offer a 10% discount for all orders over $100 and free shipping for orders over $50.
Do you offer a payment plan?
Yes. A $200 deposit is payable in full upfront but a payment plan for the balance is available and simple to set up. Please let me know after booking if you would like to take advantage of a payment plan. Your final images will be delivered once the balance is paid in full.
